1. Terms and conditions


The general operating conditions of the lepamama.com website are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). Lepamama.com is a website managed by Saša Suhadolnik s.p., hereinafter the service provider. The general business conditions deal with the operation of the lepamama.com website, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.


2. Availability of information


The provider undertakes to always provide the following information to the buyer:

a) company identity (company name and registered office, register number),

b) contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),

c) essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),

d) product availability (every product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),

e) conditions of delivery of the product or performance of the service (method, place and deadline of delivery),

f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,

g) method of payment and delivery,

h) time validity of the offer,

i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the buyer to return the product,

j) explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department,

k.) the possibility and conditions of after-sales services and voluntary guarantees, when necessary.

3. Offer of services 


The service provider undertakes to strive to provide services of the highest quality and to the satisfaction of users.

The provider reserves the right to change and cancel the group coaching (or other live event) in case of illness or insufficient number of registrations.

The provider stores all contracts that are accessible to the customer. Thus, every customer receives a purchase receipt.


4. Payment methods


On the Lepamama.com website, the provider offers the following payment methods:

via transfer to bank account (Saša Suhadolnik s.p.)

via payment cards

The provider issues an invoice on a permanent medium with itemized costs. The sales contract is in electronic form and is available to the buyer at his e-mail. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.

We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.


5. Prices


Published prices apply to all customers. Prices are in euros and are valid at the time of placing the order. The prices are valid in case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods and under the above-mentioned conditions. The provider will do its best to offer the buyer an appropriate price solution that will serve both parties' satisfaction.


The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order with an email containing the invoice.


6. Disclaimer


The information on this website is for general information purposes only. Nothing on www. lepamama.com should be taken as medical advice for any individual case or situation. Saša Suhadolnik is not a doctor and is not providing any medical advice. If during coaching session, it is revealed that the client suffers from mental illness or poses  danger to her/himself or others, Saša Suhadolnik reserves the right to terminate the coaching hour and agreement and, if necessary, notifys the proper authorities. In this case, 50% of the payment is returned to the client. 


7. The right to privacy


The provider is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data of customers. These will be used exclusively for sending informational material, offers, invoices, our own research and analysis. Selected pictures of the buyers will be published only in case of agreement and written consent of the buyers on their publication.


8. Communication


The provider may contact the customer via e-mail or phone provided on the application form for the purpose of reminders or providing information about sessions, events and products.

Lepa mama will contact the buyer via remote communication means only if the buyer does not expressly object to this, and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1. Advertising emails will contain the following components:

• they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,

• the sender will be clearly visible,

• various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such.

Also, the conditions of participation in them will be clearly defined. The way to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented at the user's request and the provider will expressly respect this.

9. Legal notice


The Lepa Mama online store and all information on it, products and product images, graphic and video elements on the website are protected by the Copyright Act and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. The Lepa mama brand and logo are owned by Lepa mama, Saša Suhadolnik s.p.


10. Purchase notification process


After the purchase, the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted.

The provider may contact the customer on their contact phone number to check the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.

The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons. There are also the same payment options.


11. Safety


Lepa Mama uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time with immediate verification of data from banks. Card information is not stored on the Beautiful Moms server.


12. Ratings, opinions and recommendations


Opinions, evaluations and recommendations written by customers are part of the functionality of the online store and are intended for the community of all users.

The provider allows any user of the Lepa mama online media to write an opinion, and the provider reviews them before final publication. The provider will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate or that, in the provider's opinion, do not provide benefits to other users and visitors.

With the consent of the commenter, the provider will use the comment, opinion or evaluation for promotional purposes for an indefinite period of time.


13. STATEMENT REGARDING CLAIMS IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The terms of business are valid from 1 January 2023 until canceled or amended.


14. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA


In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the administrator of the online store www.lepamama.com is obliged to protect personal data of its users.

Personal data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties under any circumstances.

Only authorized persons (employees and contractual partners) have access to the collected personal data with a username and password. All contractual partners who have access to personal data are obliged to handle personal data carefully in accordance with the regulation (GDPR).

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with ZVOP-1.

The user herself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of her e-mail address, username and password, as well as the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of her computer.

13. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes


In accordance with legal norms, Lepa mama, Saša Suhadolnik s.p. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the customer could initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

Lepa mama, Saša Suhadolnik s.p., which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online shopping in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers here.

The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.


15. Complaints and disputes


The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider is obliged to establish an effective complaint handling system. In case of problems, the customer can contact the provider via e-mail or phone. The procedure for submitting complaints is possible via e-mail or in writing to the company's address. The provider undertakes to respond to the complaint within 10 working days with a proposal for further consideration of the procedure.

The provider strives to do its best to resolve any disputes amicably.
